Carlos Bay offers 18 residential units of five types divided into five blocks that have been resourcefully laid out to optimise the panoramic view.

Blocks A to D each include three residential units:

• At garden level and ground floor, two duplexes of 191 m² and 230 m² respectively
• A penthouse of 325 m² on the upper level with a private swimming pool and terrace

Block E includes six single-storey residential units:

• On the ground floor, three single-storey apartments of 204 m²
• On the upper level, three penthouses of 215 m² with terrace and private swimming pool

Each residential unit includes a storage area and a garage on the ground floor.
